"I am passionate and dedicated to helping my patients gain insight and feel empowered to make healthy changes and live life to their fullest potential. I am experienced in individual, couples, family, and group therapy with all ages. I often utilize play therapy for my work with younger children and a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy, exposure therapy and interpersonal therapy for adolescents and adults.
